On the ground floor of our luxurious boutique hotel, you will find GEMO Restaurant – an elegant and inviting space where the warmth of Georgian hospitality meets exceptional cuisine and a unique atmosphere. Formerly home to the “Latający Holender” restaurant, this beautifully transformed interior now offers a true taste of Georgia in the heart of the Old Town.
The GEMO menu features authentic Georgian classics such as khinkali, various styles of khachapuri, flavorful grilled skewers, traditional soups and desserts, as well as a selection of fine Georgian wines and refreshing lemonades. During the summer, we invite you to relax in our charming garden terrace – filled with flowers, lanterns, and stylish wooden tables – perfect for a sunny lunch or a romantic dinner with a view of Gdańsk’s historic townhouses.
Inside, the restaurant offers a cozy yet refined atmosphere, with wooden details, stained-glass lighting, and large windows overlooking the vibrant Długi Targ promenade. Our friendly and professional staff ensure that every Guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

The unique interiors of Holland House Residence and the Flying Dutchman are an ideal venue for organising a special event. In our premises, we can successfully handle a first communion, wedding dinner or baptism. We also specialise in organising various types of company meetings – sophisticated business dinners or banquets, which will obtain an exceptional ambiance in the surroundings of marine details and traditional dishes in our restaurant on the sunny side of Długi Targ.
Our menu is adjusted to the individual needs of our guests, also with respect to even the tiniest details. Furthermore, the participants of events can be accommodated in our stylishly decorated rooms and apartments. We are happy to advise you in all aspects related to the planned event.
